Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our Home Health team in Kaneohe, Hawaii. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will provide speech therapy services to patients with speech, language, or swallowing disorders.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and document speech therapy data related to patient assessments, patient care needs, interventions, and outcomes.
  • Identify changes and trends throughout physical and emotional parameters.
  • Review treatment plans and assess individual performances to modify, change, or write new programs.
  • Maintain documentation as required by law, establishment policy, and administrative regulation.
  • Instruct patients on ways to monitor speech and practice new skills.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required; Master's Degree preferred.
  • Speech Pathologist licensure in the state of practice required.
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required.
