Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our Home Health team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide occupational therapy interventions to help patients develop, recover, or maintain the skills needed for daily living and work.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication.
  • Supervise and mentor occupational therapy assistants and students as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent required; Master's Degree preferred.
  • Current Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of practice required.
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
