We are seeking a skilled Heavy Machinery Operator to join our team at Iowa Bridge & Culvert. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of lattice boom crawler cranes and other heavy machinery on our bridge and culvert construction projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Operating heavy machinery, including cranes and other equipment, in a safe and efficient manner
  • Performing daily inspections and basic preventative maintenance on heavy machinery
  • Working collaboratively with our construction team to ensure project completion on time and within budget

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience operating heavy machinery in the Heavy/Highway and/or Structures industries
  • Familiarity with hydraulic and friction type cranes
  • Basic math skills and ability to read, write, and understand English
