We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) professional to join our team at Tek Ninjas. As a Risk Management Project Manager, you will be responsible for implementing a mature governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) process within our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive ERM strategy to identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the organization.
- Provide strategic guidance and hands-on expertise to cross-functional teams to ensure effective risk management practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize risks, and develop mitigation plans to address them.
- Contribute to the development of risk and data governance policies, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in ERM to ensure our organization remains competitive and compliant.
- 6+ years of experience in implementing ERM standards and best practices.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to think strategically and develop actionable plans.
- Ability to apply ERM standards to a variety of areas, including financial, tax, and compliance.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or a certification in one or more of the following fields: CRISC, CGEIT, PMI-RMP, CRMA, GRCP, or Six Sigma.
