Restaurant Operations Leader Opportunity
About the Role:We are seeking a seasoned restaurant leader to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and build a strong team in our North Wales, PA location.

Key Responsibilities:

- Developing and coaching restaurant employees to build a cohesive team and promote an unforgettable customer experience is vital.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in restaurant management is required.
- Previous leadership success and physical fitness are necessary to perform tasks that involve walking, climbing, crouching, and lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and training skills are essential for success in this role.
