Administrative Assistant-Purchasing Coordinator

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant-Purchasing to join our team at Marriott International Inc. As an Administrative Assistant-Purchasing, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the purchasing department, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the purchasing team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Assist with procurement processes, including ordering supplies and materials.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including inventory levels and purchase orders.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including purchasing team members and department heads.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a purchasing or procurement role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
