Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Coordinator, Value-based Initiatives to provide administrative support to the Chief Medical Officer and various team members. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for healthcare, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with all projects led by the Chief Medical Officer at the Heartland Whole Health Institute.
  • Support clinical programs, services, and initiatives promoting equitable access to whole person care and innovative practice delivery models.
  • Plan and execute clinical programs and educational events, including CME and CEU applications.
  • Represent the organization at events and convenings.
  • Track and execute on special projects assigned by the Chief Medical Officer.
  • Coordinate meetings and events with the Northwest Arkansas Health Care Transformation Division and other stakeholders.
  • Support the schedule of the Chief Medical Officer.
  • Organize internal and external meetings, including logistics and agenda management.
  • Coordinate travel logistics and manage departmental expenses.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a health-related field or other relevant studies.
  • Experience working with hospital and provider practices, CNA, MA, or LPN preferred.
  • Administrative support experience, nonprofit experience a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in event planning, continuing education credit applications, and resource allocation.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated competence in tracking, coordinating, and follow-up of priorities and projects.
  • Superb professionalism and diplomacy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize several projects.
