Job Summary

LINKBANK is seeking a highly skilled Information Security Manager to lead the development and implementation of our Information Security Program. This role will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust security posture to protect our digital and financial assets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive Information Security Program, including policies, procedures, and standards.
  2. Oversee IT security controls, including cybersecurity infrastructure, security of technologies/services, and vendors.
  3. Manage and work with the team and other responsible parties during security incidents to ensure containment, remediation, and restoration.
  4. Oversee Identity and Access Management Program, including timely provisioning, deprovisioning, and annual review activities.
  5. Conduct risk assessments, including those for information/cyber security and data governance.
  6. Manage, monitor, and analyze security technology outputs to identify threats and formulate strategies to mitigate them.
  7. Collaborate with other organizational leaders and third parties to promote and advance the institution's security culture and program implementation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or equivalent.
  • Active cyber-security certification from an accredited organization.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the Information Security field.
Working Conditions

This job operates in a professional office environment. The successful candidate will be required to travel to all locations in the bank's footprint and conferences as needed.
