As the Sales Team Supervisor, your contributions will be vital in meeting sales targets and managing trade expenditures to support our growth initiatives for Kroger/Albertsons. This role requires you to provide guidance, direction, and mentorship to your team, while also fostering collaboration across various departments and analyzing customer activities through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales and financial goals through effective strategic planning and negotiation.
  • Oversee the trade strategy and manage revenue for branded products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with ice cream category buyers at Kroger/Albertsons.
  • Facilitate joint business planning and innovation discussions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Develop and execute sales tactics aimed at increasing market share.
  • Provide coaching and support to Business Development Managers in strategic initiatives and agency relations.
  • Ensure accuracy in forecasting and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Conduct monthly business reviews and enhance the performance of indirect partners in Sales Operations.
