The Senior Branch Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the service and sales functions of the branch, ensuring operational excellence and financial performance. This role includes:

  • Leading a motivated and well-trained team to deliver exceptional member service and meet financial objectives.
  • Building and maintaining strong community relationships to enhance business opportunities.
  • Managing branch operations to consistently achieve sales targets and operational goals.
  • Coaching and developing staff to enhance their skills in sales and service.
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A proven track record in financial or sales management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster teamwork and collaboration.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive operational improvements.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
