Essential Qualifications:
Key Skills and Experience Required:

- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or mathematical discipline is mandatory
- 2-4 years of quality assurance experience, particularly with Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs), is highly desirable
- Practical experience in executing CAPAs is preferred, rather than just a theoretical understanding
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, is essential
- Familiarity with ISO Standards is strongly preferred
- Project coordination or management experience, including relevant certifications, is highly valued
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary to effectively lead CAPA meetings

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a backup to the Global CAPA system lead as needed, initially focusing on the development, review, reporting, and analysis of data from the global event management system.

- Analyze non-conformances and CAPA trends across various sites.

- Compile data for weekly and monthly reports utilizing both the Agile system and Power BI dashboard.
