Commercial Sales Associate Job Description

CertaPro Painters is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Associate to join our team. As a Commercial Sales Associate, you will be responsible for building relationships with property managers, facility managers, and industrial customers to drive sales growth and expand our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
  • Account Management: Maintain existing accounts and relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Proposal and Estimation: Develop and present detailed proposals to customers, ensuring clear communication of their needs and expectations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure project expectations are met and customer needs are exceeded.
  • Results Analysis: Prepare weekly analysis of sales results to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements:
  • Education: 2-year degree required, 4-year degree preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the property management or facility management industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proven track record as a top sales performer, and working knowledge of related industry topics.
