Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative to join our team at Global Technical Talent. As a key member of our healthcare organization, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and accurate phlebotomy services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draw blood samples from patients of all ages, adhering to established procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Prepare specimens for lab testing and maintain accurate records.
  • Create a positive and welcoming environment for patients, ensuring their comfort and trust.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including dress code and safety protocols.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and team members.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Medical training (medical assistant or paramedic) preferred.
  • Phlebotomy certification is preferred (required in California, Nevada, and Washington).
  • 3+ years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
  • 2+ years of experience in a patient service center environment preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
