Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to join our team at Staff Today Inc. as a key member of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Appeals Management: Screen requests for Appeals in accordance with the Federal No Surprise Act, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • External Appeal Processing: Screen requests for External Appeal in accordance with Insurance Law, Regulation, and established protocols, maintaining accurate records.
  • Client Liaison: Act as a liaison using written and verbal communication for administrative processes with consumers and representatives of financial entities, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Case Management: Keep electronic case files updated, complete, and organized, ensuring seamless access to critical information.
  • Complaint Resolution: Research, process, and resolve consumer and provider complaints in a timely and professional manner.
