The Volunteer Coordinator plays a vital role in Project Self Sufficiency by overseeing all aspects of volunteer recruitment, retention, engagement, training, and management. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to recruit, engage, and retain volunteers

  • Assist with agency events and volunteer recognition programs

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with volunteer management software
