Medical Respite Program Director

We are seeking a Medical Respite Program Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Carroll Respite Center in Baltimore, MD. This is an excellent opportunity to join our team at LifeBridge Health and make a meaningful impact on the lives of vulnerable individuals in our community.
The successful candidate will lead a diverse team of clinical support staff, including case management, respite assistants, peer recovery support, security, transportation, and dietary services. Key responsibilities include recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training staff, conducting regular performance management duties, maintaining work schedules, and overseeing the preparation and submission of timecards. Additionally, the ideal candidate will participate in direct patient-guest services, perform timely and accurate documentation, maintain relevant education and trainings, and cultivate internal and external community partnerships.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have current Maryland licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) from an accredited institution, current Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association, and at least 4 years of experience in a medical environment. A minimum of 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a relevant field is also required. Additionally, proficiency in the use of technology, typing, and data entry is essential, as well as strong mastery of the English language and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $44.56-$69.07 per hour, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and continuing education opportunities.
