Position Overview

ENTEK is looking for a dedicated Accounts Receivable Analyst to enhance our financial operations.

The Accounts Receivable Analyst will oversee the invoicing workflow, track and recover overdue payments, conduct account reconciliations, and work closely with sales and supply chain teams to ensure precise billing practices. This role involves generating regular financial reports, supporting the preparation of financial statements, collaborating with customers and internal departments to resolve discrepancies, and identifying process improvement opportunities to boost efficiency and accuracy in billing and collections.

Work Environment

This position operates on a standard schedule from Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The individual in this role will be required to sit for prolonged periods, with frequent opportunities to stand, walk, and engage in tasks requiring manual dexterity. Occasionally, the role may involve lifting and handling items weighing up to 20 pounds.

While primarily based in an office setting, the position may necessitate occasional visits to the manufacturing area, where personal protective equipment (PPE) such as eye and hearing protection is mandatory. Exposure to fumes, airborne particles, and chemicals may occur in the manufacturing environment.
