Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Collections Specialist to join our team in NORTH FRANKLIN, Connecticut. As a Collections Specialist, you will be integral in providing excellent customer service, managing data entry tasks, and working with invoices. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Process and manage customer credit applications with precision.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of customer credit information.
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action when needed.
• Utilize CRM and accounting software systems to manage and analyze customer data.
• Answer inbound calls and provide excellent customer service.
• Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to handle any discrepancies in customer accounts.
• Adhere to collection processes and billing functions for accounts receivable.
• Use Accurint and ADP - Financial Services tools for efficient collection processes.• Proficient in Accounting Software Systems for efficient financial management
• Experienced with Accurint for advanced data management
• Knowledgeable in ADP - Financial Services for streamlined financial operations
• Skilled in CRM for effective customer relationship management
• Familiar with Accounts Receivable (AR) for maintaining accurate financial records
• Comfortable Answering Inbound Calls, demonstrating excellent communication skills
• Capable of handling Billing Functions accurately and efficiently
• Understanding of Collection Processes to ensure effective debt recovery.
