Member Experience Associate

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Member Experience Associate to join our team at NeueHouse. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our members, guests, and team members. Your primary focus will be on creating a warm and welcoming environment that fosters connections and a sense of community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to members, guests, and team members, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
- Manage the front desk, including member registration, scheduling, and meeting room preparation.
- Assist with the maintenance of shared member spaces and amenities, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
- Act as the primary communication hub for internal and external communications, responding to member inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the Director of Membership Experience to develop and implement strategies to enhance member engagement and satisfaction.
- Participate in community events and activities, promoting a sense of community and connection among members.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members, guests, and team members.
- Proven customer service experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
