Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding: Develop and execute onboarding plans to ensure seamless integration of our solutions with client operations.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at manufacturing clients to drive growth and retention.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans to drive client success and growth.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve client issues through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports and analytics to track client success and growth.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
