About this Position

Lane County Behavioral Health is seeking a skilled Crisis Services Supervisor to join our Mobile Crisis Service Team. This dynamic individual will oversee services and support for our Mobile Crisis Service of Lane County program, which provides crisis response services across the county.

The successful candidate will participate in program development and maintenance, collaborating with community partners, including law enforcement and emergency services. Key responsibilities include facilitating team meetings, group and individual supervision, and interacting with individuals receiving services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and supervise crisis-related behavioral health projects
  • Document quality improvement and program planning/policy/workflow development
  • Provide backup crisis intervention/crisis response services as needed
  • Work with a team of supervisors and senior managers to support behavioral health initiatives
Requirements
  • Oregon Health Licensure: Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Psychologist, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
  • NPI, transcripts, diploma, CV or resume, and Oregon Driver's License
