About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician or Therapist to join our team in Eugene, OR. As a member of our Behavioral Care Team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, providing individual and group therapy, medication management, and intensive outpatient programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain excellent provider-patient relationships and coordinate care with external providers
  • Conduct outpatient psychiatric evaluations and provide ongoing medication management
  • Participate in the training and development of graduate students
  • Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance abuse disorders
  • Provide evidence-based treatments, including cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy
  • Monitor patients' treatment response and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Represent the practice in community presentations and lectures
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records

Requirements

  • Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
  • Clear, active, and unrestricted license in the state of practice

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of professional experience post-Master's degree
  • Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
  • Proficiency in using computers for professional communication and medical documentation
