As a key member of our Unified Primary Care Behavioral Health team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to our commitment to behavioral health excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Provide advanced level of nursing evaluation, clinical assessment, and follow-up care for patients.
- Prescribe medications and treatments, and ongoing medication management.
- Educate patients and/or families about preventive care, medical issues, and use of prescribed medical treatments and/or medications.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records.
- Collaborate with members of the medical staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
- ARNP license in the State of Practice.
- Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certification.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (preferred).
