  • Respond to incoming inquiries from clients and team members regarding project developments.

  • Ensure accurate maintenance of all case-related documentation and correspondence.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and basic Excel).
  • Assist with various administrative duties as required.

Essential Qualifications:

· Previous experience in a compliance-related position (candidates with backgrounds in HR, Operations, or Data Entry are also encouraged to apply).

· Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.

· Comfortable working in a smaller office environment, fully onsite.

· Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities, capable of evaluating complex situations and making informed decisions.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.

· Proven integrity, discretion, and capability to manage sensitive and confidential information appropriately.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and willing to learn new software and tools.
