**Job Summary:**

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Payroll Coordinator to join our team at Northern Star Mining Services Limited. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for managing payroll operations, including pay runs, payroll files, and employee transactions.

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll files, including calculating superannuation contributions, Income Protection, Workers Compensation, and Parental Leave payments.
  • Work closely with the Human Resources Department to ensure timely administration of employee transactions.
  • Collaborate with the systems team to test and improve our payroll processes.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role within a large organisation, preferably in the mining or resources industry.
  • A solid working knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors system.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
