- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
- Advocate for patients and families to ensure access to necessary resources and services
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire
