In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care services, managing schedules, and ensuring seamless communication between healthcare professionals and patients.

To succeed as a Care Coordinator, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with scheduling in the medical field, preferably in homecare settings
