Loan Forgiveness Program:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Execute carpentry tasks related to the construction, upkeep, or repair of buildings and fixtures.
2. Conduct preparation work, including taping, painting, wall covering installation, and wood finishing.
3. Offer technical support and expertise in construction, maintenance, and repair activities for facilities.

Additional Duties:
1. Oversee inventory management for supplies and equipment within the designated area.
2. Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
Completion of an accredited technical trade school or an equivalent apprenticeship, along with four years of relevant experience in building construction, renovation, or maintenance.

Special Requirements:
Possession of a valid Driver's License is necessary.
