Leidos is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Substation Site-Civil Engineer to manage our site/civil department in our growing Framingham, MA office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading site/civil design engineering for various electric utility projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead site layout, grading, and drainage design
- Develop and implement stormwater management plans
- Design and coordinate access roads, utilities, and retaining walls
- Oversee construction drawings, specifications, and observation
- Collaborate with other design disciplines and business development teams
- B.S. degree in Civil Engineering
- 8+ years of directly applicable civil-site design experience
- Management experience and P.E. license preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation OpenSite Designer, and hydrologic and hydraulic modeling programs
- Strong analytical and technical writing skills
