Are you ready to take your career to the next level? Leidos is seeking a highly skilled Senior Substation Protection & Control Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Power Delivery Services Team, you will have the opportunity to design and implement substation protection and control systems for electric utilities at voltages from 12kV up to 500kV.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design substation protection and control projects for electric utilities
  • Develop and implement digital logic design, AC and DC circuits for substation electrical projects
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to meet project needs
  • Ensure compliance with quality control and safe work practices
  • Work with client standards to implement design and create required drawings
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field
  • Four (4+) or more years of substation protection control design and/or field testing/commissioning experience
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with internal teams and clients
  • Ability to read and design substation protection and control drawings
  • Strong analytical skills and proven problem solver
