Career Development Representative

About the Role:
The Career Development Representative will be responsible for the administration of broker and policy related forms, validation of enroller status, and broker website administration. This role requires general systems and business process knowledge and partners closely with other business areas to provide basic solutions to customer issues.

About the Job:
This role is responsible for resolving broker compensation issues, enroller licensing and appointment issues, and website administration issues either independently or with guidance from more experienced team members. The representative will also respond to inquiries and service requests from brokers, field offices, enrollment firms, and other Home Office business partners.
Responsibilities:

- Research and respond to customer requests with timely and accurate information.
- Meet quality and productivity standards.
- Identify and share process improvements to enhance customer service.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent, relevant experience required.
- Strong leadership and role model attributes.
- Good mathematical, analytical, and process analysis skills.
- Solid oral and written communication skills.
- Solid PC skills, must be able to work in multiple systems.
- High level of personal accountability.
- Ability to operate in a high pace, high stress, multi-tasking environment.
