Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Patient Service Representative to join our team at RadNet. As a Patient Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring a seamless experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Registration and Scheduling: Greet and register patients in a friendly and service-oriented manner, obtain or verify proper insurance and patient information, and collect signatures and ensure accuracy and completion of necessary documentation.
  • Communication and Coordination: Answer/transfer incoming phone calls, schedule, reschedule or cancel new or current patients, confirm appointments, and notify staff of changes when necessary.
  • Patient Orientation and Support: Give patients appropriate orientation for preparatory and safety protocols, provide directions to facilities if needed, and coordinate with the back-office staff for timely and effective care of patients.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED
  • Skills: Intermediate to advanced computer skills, strong multitasking and communication skills, experience providing exceptional customer service, and medical terminology knowledge.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Recent medical/radiology office experience.
