Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SCM Operation Specialist to join our team at Samyang America, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, logistics operations, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze supply chain data to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize operations.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support SCM task force initiatives and ensure smooth operation of logistics processes.
  • Manage daily WMS-SAP data, including EDI, input, output, and inventory adjustments.
  • Develop and implement SCM plans in collaboration with operations and cross-functional departments.
  • Oversee inbounding, shipping, inventory control, and develop SOPs with 3PL companies.
  • Prepare and analyze business reports to identify issues and recommend improvements.
  • Support e-commerce operations and intermediary trade initiatives.
  • Assist with other SCM-related projects as requested by the part manager or team leader.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in SCM, Business, Economics, Data Science, or related field.
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in SCM.
  • English/Korean bilingual speaking preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills in Korean and English.
  • Strong analytical and computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Prior experience in supply chain management, logistics operations, and/or warehousing, 3PL (managing relationships) preferred.
  • Preferred experience with SAP and WMS.
  • Ability to report to supervisor on time and meet deadlines.
  • Good interpersonal, organizational, cross-functional, and self-time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel in the USA under 20%.
