  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Champion and initiate continuous improvement projects to increase efficiency, productivity, and machine utilization while reducing overall cost.
  • Coordinate with supply chain, engineering, and quality control to ensure smooth production and resolve any discrepancies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience and responsibility.
  • Extensive experience with CNC equipment, programming, tooling, and fixturing.
  • Proven track record of driving results in a high-volume, high-mix machining environment.
  • Expert ability to read and interpret blueprints, methods of manufacturing, machine code, tabular data, and other related technical documentation.
