- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, quality, and safety in the manufacturing process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues and implement process improvements.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Champion and initiate continuous improvement projects to increase efficiency, productivity, and machine utilization while reducing overall cost.
- Coordinate with supply chain, engineering, and quality control to ensure smooth production and resolve any discrepancies.
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 6+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience and responsibility.
- Extensive experience with CNC equipment, programming, tooling, and fixturing.
- Proven track record of driving results in a high-volume, high-mix machining environment.
- Expert ability to read and interpret blueprints, methods of manufacturing, machine code, tabular data, and other related technical documentation.
