Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Venture CEO to lead our innovation lab and drive business growth through strategic partnerships and product development.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the relationship between our innovation lab and our corporate partner, Alaska Airlines, and other partners.

You will lead a team of world-class product, engineering, product design, and business growth leaders to successfully ideate and launch products that have the potential to be unicorns in the mobility sector and adjacent industries.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple team disciplines, building a 0>1 product, and working in highly-regarded consulting or enterprise innovation lab environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the relationship between our innovation lab and our corporate partner
  • Lead a team of product, engineering, product design, and business growth leaders to ideate and launch products
  • Own the P&L for the innovation lab team and allocate resources for external research and consulting
  • Strategize initial business development initiatives for the lab's portfolio organizations
  • Build a culture within the lab team and manage external resources

Requirements:

  • Years of experience managing multiple corporate disciplines in an operationally-driven role building product from 0>1
  • Passion and/or previous experience with Mobility, AI, or Data Science products
  • Experience building and leading teams within a top-tier consulting organization or enterprise innovation lab
  • Experience partnering with enterprise organizations for business development or product initiatives
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience
