Job Description

About the Position:

As a Leasing Coordinator at Regency Management Service LLC, you will play a vital role in the success of our rental properties. Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and processing rental applications, lease forms, and reports. You will also be responsible for conducting follow-up calls and maintaining detailed traffic documentation for all prospects. Additionally, you will input traffic, leasing, and application documentation into the computer system on a daily basis. Periodic market surveys to assess the property's competitive standing will also be part of your role, along with assisting with scheduling and organizing monthly resident activities. Lastly, you will qualify, demonstrate, and lease apartments in compliance with Fair Housing Guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process rental applications and lease forms
  • Conduct follow-up calls and maintain traffic documentation
  • Input traffic, leasing, and application documentation into the computer system
  • Assist with market surveys and resident activities
  • Qualify, demonstrate, and lease apartments in compliance with Fair Housing Guidelines

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using computer software programs and the MS Office suite
  • Valid driver's license, a clean driving record, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance
