Key Responsibilities:
Client Services Associate Duties:
  • Provide exceptional patient care and client satisfaction by delivering outstanding service and support.
  • Work collaboratively with veterinarians and support staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Use Cornerstone software to schedule appointments, reschedule, and cancel patient visits as needed.
  • Handle all financial transactions, including reconciling client files and auditing invoices prior to discharge.
  • Offer alternative payment options, such as Care Credit and AMC payment plans, and explain terms and conditions to clients.
  • Maintain confidentiality, security, and physical safety of all patient medical records, including collecting, scanning, processing, storing, retrieving, and distributing records.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; previous veterinary receptionist experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office, particularly Outlook, and experience with electronic medical records systems.
Working Hours:

Sunday - Thursday: 3pm-11pm
Tuesday - Saturday: 4pm-12am
