Power Electronics Sales Representative

Richardson RFPD, an Arrow Company, is seeking an experienced Field Sales Representative to create demand for our suppliers' products used in energy storage and power conversion applications within the Central or Eastern U.S.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the territory and a minimum of 5 years of related power electronics sales/field applications experience with a 4-year degree. They will be responsible for building and maintaining influential relationships with customers, suppliers, and Richardson RFPD partners, creating demand for our suppliers' active, passive, and thermal products utilized in multiple power electronics topologies.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and Richardson RFPD partners
- Create demand for our suppliers' products through technical needs of complex, emerging, or underpenetrated prospects
- Drive new opportunities and product selection within accounts
- Utilize distribution/rep/supplier knowledge to grow market share and sales
- Stay current on power electronics product knowledge and/or gain technical certifications
- Minimum of 5 years of related power electronics sales/field applications experience
- 4-year degree
- Strong understanding of the territory
- Experience with Silicon Carbide and GaN based designs a plus
