What does a Solar Sales Consultant do? A Solar Sales Consultant engages with homeowners to assess their energy consumption, clarify the benefits of solar energy, and outline potential incentives before delivering a tailored Solar Proposal.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through the entire process. Daily leads will be supplied by our highly successful Solar Setter team. This role offers two distinct career advancement paths: one leading to Senior Solar Sales Consultant and the other to District Sales Management, overseeing a team of 2-5 sales consultants.

Analyze energy usage to understand customer needs and build rapport to facilitate closing the sale.

Manage client accounts from initial consultation through to installation.

Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience throughout the process.

Participate in ongoing training sessions aimed at enhancing your earning potential, fostering team spirit, and receiving mentorship from our leadership team.
