Primary Responsibilities:
- Achieve designated business production targets and objectives.
- Create insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and finalize sales transactions.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, and other referral sources.
- Engage in prospecting and generating new business through various leads and referrals.
- Conduct daily outreach to premium leads, including calls and emails, while executing additional lead generation strategies.

- A positive, enthusiastic demeanor.

- Possession of a Property & Casualty insurance license is mandatory.
- A Life & Health Insurance license is also required.
