Job Title: Insurance Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Marc Sisler - State Farm Agent. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for establishing customer relationships, following up with customers, and educating them about insurance options.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to market appropriate products and services.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
Requirements:
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
  • People-oriented and detail-oriented.
  • Proactive in problem-solving and able to learn computer functions.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
