Primary Responsibilities:

  • Analyze project documentation and develop subcontractor scopes of work
  • Prepare comprehensive bid packages and requests for information (RFIs)
  • Conduct site visits for thorough evaluations
  • Utilize software tools to estimate material and labor expenses
  • Recognize cost patterns and suggest improvements to processes
  • Assist the Estimating Manager in executing project tasks

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience
  • Over 10 years of relevant industry experience
  • Expertise in Preconstruction, Estimating, and Project Management
  • Familiarity with Government projects is advantageous
