Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join our team at Sevan Multi-Site Solutions, Inc. in the Dallas, TX market. This role will be responsible for working with clients, architects/engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to plan cost factors for construction projects and program roll outs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and interpret project documents to prepare clear, complete, subcontractor scope of works and bid packages
  • Create project Invitation to Bid for subcontractors on Building Connected or other bidding platforms
  • Review project documents to create RFI's (Request for Information) for submission to Architect
  • Interface with other individuals in the organization to obtain support and commitment of the cost estimates.
  • Visit project sites and provide Sevan with a detailed site assessment using Sevan's Capture software

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent; or 10+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Demonstrated mastery in the skills of Preconstruction, Estimating, and Project Management
  • Experience in Government projects a plus
  • Knowledge of Smartsheet, and Takeoff software (OST or similar), Bluebeam, Excel, etc.
