Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Finance Analyst to join our team at Lockheed Martin Corporation. As a key member of our Program Finance team, you will be responsible for managing program business and financial performance from proposal and negotiations through contract execution and closeout.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implementation of day-to-day program finance responsibilities, including managing program business and financial performance.
  • Earned Value management and reporting (IPMR, IPMDAR, PCR, CFSR, CSDR).
  • Monthly, Quarterly, and Semi-Annual Financial Forecasting of Orders, Sales, Profit, & Cash and Long Range Planning.
  • Analysis and preparation of quarterly CSR positions and charts.
  • Assist the program team and financial management in proactively monitoring and forecasting program expenditures, highlighting issues / concerns / trends, and ensuring program financial commitments are met.
  • Will interact with a variety of program and financial management personnel and ensure alignment with company and program processes and procedures.
  • Prepare, analyze, and report/present program level earned value and financial performance to F&BO and Program teams.
  • Support Ad Hoc financial analysis requests from internal and external customers.
  • Effectively communicate performance to leadership teams.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of the Earned Value Management (EVM).
  • Experience conducting Estimate at Complete (EAC) analysis.
  • Experience establishing / managing program cost baselines.
  • Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to multi task and manage challenging assignments.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Tableau.
  • Aptitude to facilitate results, self starter attitude, process oriented, structured problem solver.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organization skills.
  • Industry Standard ANSI / EIA 748A; EVMS Management & Reporting.
  • Working knowledge of EFS (EAC, CSR Model, MDR).
  • Working knowledge of Cobra.
  • Experience and ability to interface with senior management.
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
