Opal Grand Resort Human Resources Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Opal Grand Resort. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our HR functions and duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the implementation of HR procedures and processes to ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and screening candidates.
  • Process background checks, maintain personnel files, and ensure accurate and timely record-keeping.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other team members as needed.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to manage personnel needs and candidate flow.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, insurance laws, and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
