Award-winning Loews Hotels is seeking a skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to applicants, team members, and management
  • Assist HR staff with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Coordinate benefits enrollment, prepare and distribute benefit reports, and maintain accurate records
  • Support employee relations activities, including orientation, benefits information, and recognition programs
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced office environment
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
