Description:

We are seeking a Compensation Analytics Expert to join our Human Resources organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for uncovering and communicating complex total rewards-related datasets in simple terms. This includes total rewards costs, compensation benchmarking, pay analysis, job architecture, compensation budgeting, sentiment, performance development, career levelling, benefits, pension, textual market intelligence, and executive compensation data.

You will produce data visualizations, financial models, projections, analyses, and reports from interconnected data. Additionally, you will direct, manage, and implement technology platforms used for data management, data source integration, forecasting, reporting, and analysis. You will also adapt to, test, and manage the implementation of new technologies, including aspects of SuccessFactors and other platforms.

As a Compensation Analytics Expert, you will manage visible and high-impact projects in the compensation space, working directly with compensation team leadership. You will forge and maintain relationships with compensation managers, subject matter professionals, vendor representatives, data providers, and Human Resource generalists. You will act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment.

Qualifications for this role include a minimum of seven years of recent experience in complex analytics, preferably in a professional services environment. You will also need a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college and advanced MS Excel and Access skills. Demonstrated aptitude for working with advanced analytic platforms such as Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, Python, R, and SPSS is required. You will also need strong quantitative and advanced analytic skills, with the ability to explain complex results understandably using visual and relationship-building skills. You will be able to handle multiple priorities and produce work at volume, and be a team player with a positive attitude and strong capacity to work with limited supervision.
