We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Specialist to join our team at MillenniumSoft. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and administering compensation plans, special projects, and policies that support the company's strategic business goals.

This is a key role that requires a strong understanding of compensation and benefits, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation and HRIS data analytics.

The Compensation Specialist will work closely with the Total Rewards team to ensure that all compensation plans, programs, and practices remain legally compliant with federal and state laws and regulations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing compensation plans, special projects, and policies
  • Providing expertise and support to the Customer Interaction Center (CIC) in developing and updating call scripts and resolving tier 2 inquiries
  • Partnering with Human Resource and other internal stakeholders on all compensation-related matters
  • Coordinating data management, payouts, and related correspondence
  • Supporting the technical end of various compensation projects
