About the Job:

In this role as a Luxury European Brand Parts Coordinator, you will play a critical part in serving and distributing auto parts to our technicians, vendors, and all customers. Your primary responsibilities include receiving and processing all parts orders, managing parts inventory, creating bin locations for new stock, notifying customer(s) on parts arrival, identifying shortages and damages, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and maintain accurate records of parts inventory.
  2. Process customer requests for parts and supplies.
  3. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers regarding parts availability and delivery schedules.
  4. Collaborate with the purchasing team to source high-quality parts from reputable suppliers.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in auto parts sales or logistics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Compensation:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
