About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Midwestern Auto Group Parts Expert to join our team As a key member of our parts department, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the receipt, storage, and distribution of auto parts to our technicians, vendors, and customers. This is a full-time position that requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of auto parts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of parts.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of parts inventory, including tracking and reporting.
  • Develop and implement effective procedures for maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in auto parts sales or logistics.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
Salary Range:

$70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
